Tax Policy
OneCall is not required to apply a sales tax to purchases to be shipped outside of the states of Idaho, Washington and West Virginia.

The current sales tax rate is 6.0% for Idaho, 8.6% for Washington and 6.0% for West Virginia.

You can count on OneCall to get your package there safe and on time. OneCall offers a variety of FedEx delivery choices for shipments to physical addresses anywhere in the United States. Not all FedEx delivery methods are available to all areas.

Estimated Delivery Times for Basic Shipping:

  • FedEx Ground: Estimated delivery time = 4-7 business days
  • USPS (United States Postal Service): Estimated delivery time = 4-7 business days

    Your order could arrive early. A tracking number and delivery instructions will be emailed to you.

  • OneCall Return Policy

    Please call 1.888.427.2310 for a Return Authorization Number. Items returned without authorization will cause delays in processing your return.

    Return of New & Like New Items
    You may return any new, factory-sealed or open like new merchandise within 30 days of your purchase date. At your option, a refund or exchange will be issued. Refunds and exchanges are issued for amount of the merchandise only. Unfortunately, shipping charges cannot be refunded. Refunds will be made by the same means as the original purchase. Please note that additional fees may be assessed for missing accessories.

    Return of Defective Items
    You may return defective merchandise within 30 days of your purchase date. At your option, a refund or exchange will be issued. Refunds will be made by the same means as the original purchase. Please help us expedite your request by including a detailed description of the defect and how to replicate the problem. Additional fees may be assessed for missing accessories.

    We recommend that you keep all the packing material for a minimum of 30 days in case a return is necessary.

    Special TV Instructions
    Damaged in shipping: we will arrange with our carrier to contact you to schedule a return. If you can determine the set is damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse the delivery and call us at 1.888.427.2310 right away.

    TV does not seem to function properly: we will help troubleshoot and determine how to solve the problem. If we are unable to resolve the problem, we will arrange for service to assess the television. If service does not resolve the issue we will arrange with our carrier to contact you to schedule an exchange or return.

    Don’t like it: if you want to return your TV we will accept your return, however, we ask that you pay for return shipping and any associated reprocessing fees. You will also need to pack the television in its original box with all of the original packing material, accessories and outer box. We will arrange with our carrier to contact you to schedule a return.

    Once again, we recommend that you keep all the packing material for a minimum of 30 days in case a return is necessary.

    • Custom cut-to-length audio or video cable
    • Products with a missing or altered serial number
    • Products with a different serial number than was fulfilled on your order
    • Products with a missing or altered UPC

    Packaging Your Return
    Returned merchandise must include all factory packed accessories in the original carton with all UPC and Bar Codes intact. Incomplete returns may be subject to additional fees as discussed above. Return merchandise must be double boxed with no writing on the manufacturer's box. Your Return Authorization Number must be displayed prominently on the outside of the shipping box.

    Processing Time
    Returns meeting the conditions outlined above will be processed within five business days following receipt. Processing may be slightly extended during peak business periods.
